Return Policy
For items purchased online you are entitled to a full refund, with the exception of earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please contact Decstyle within 1 day of delivery if you wish to return the item. Decstyle are unable to accept returns on any item that has been worn.
Return the item immediately in it's original Decstyle packaging. Please pack the item carefully. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection.

Items being returned within the UK should be returned within 7 days of contacting Decstyle. International returns should be shipped within 7 days of notifying us.
Decstyle does not accept responsibility for postage fees, nor for any items lost or stolen in transit. Any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside the EU will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that any unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.
The return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
